GUARANTEES, REFUNDS, & STORE CREDIT POLICY

This Refunds & Store Credit Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from DBRMAN, operated by Dreamworld Lab LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use & Services.

1. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases made through DBRMAN are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products, immediate delivery, and instant access to code, documentation, and Discord resources, we do not offer automatic refunds under any circumstances.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF REFUNDS OR CREDIT
Refunds and store credit are:
• NOT guaranteed
• NOT automatic
• Offered only at our sole discretion
Any refund or store credit issued by DBRMAN is handled strictly on a case-by-case basis and only after review of the specific situation.

3. STORE CREDIT (DISCRETIONARY)
Store credit may be offered solely at our discretion and only after direct communication with the customer.
• Terms of store credit (amount, usage, expiration, limitations) are determined individually
• Store credit terms are agreed upon between DBRMAN and the customer prior to issuance
• Store credit may not be transferred unless explicitly stated
• Store credit has no cash value

4. SITUATIONS WHERE CONSIDERATION MAY BE GIVEN
DBRMAN may consider offering a refund or store credit in limited cases, including but not limited to:
• Technical issues preventing product use that are not caused by user error
- This may require detailed information about the customer’s Shopify theme
- Confirmation that the theme is Shopify 2.0 compatible
- Review of conflicts with third-party apps or custom code
• Accidental duplicate purchases
- If verifiable duplicate purchases are made by the same customer, a refund may be issued for the duplicate order
• Dissatisfaction after a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue
- Resolution method (refund, store credit, or no compensation) is determined solely by DBRMAN

5. WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable:
• Digital products that have been accessed or delivered
• Discord access that has been claimed
• Consultations that have already occurred
• Live install services that have been completed
• User-caused store breakage or code modification
• Incompatibility with themes, apps, or third-party software
• Failure to read product descriptions or requirements

6. TIME LIMIT TO CONTACT US
Any request for consideration must be submitted within:
• 7 days of the original purchase date
Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

7. ABUSE & DISPUTE PROTECTION
DBRMAN reserves the right to deny refunds or store credit if:
• Abuse or misuse of products is suspected
• Repeated refund or credit requests occur
• A chargeback is initiated without first contacting us
• Terms of Use & Services have been violated

8. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing from DBRMAN, you agree that:
• Chargebacks are not a valid method for resolving dissatisfaction
• You will contact us first to attempt resolution
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and termination of services
We reserve the right to submit this Policy, delivery records, access logs, and communication history to payment providers during chargeback disputes.

9. FINAL AUTHORITY
All refund and store credit decisions are final and made solely by DBRMAN.
No precedent is created by issuing a refund or store credit in any individual case.
