This Terms of Use & Services and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) governs the use of the website located at https://dbrman.com (“Website”) and the purchase or use of any products or services offered through DBRMAN.
By accessing this Website, purchasing any product or service, or joining our Discord server, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this Website or our services.

• DBRMAN products and services are offered worldwide.
• Anyone may purchase, provided the payment method is authorized by a legal adult.
• We do not knowingly restrict access based on age where lawful.

3. PRODUCTS & DIGITAL GOODS
We sell digital products and services including, but not limited to:
• Custom Shopify section components
• Shopify themes
• Code-based digital assets
• Consultations and live install services
• Access to private documentation and a private Discord server
All digital products are delivered electronically and typically accessed through our private Discord server using a unique claim code.

4. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the purchased product commercially on Shopify stores that you personally own or control.
You MAY:
• Use the product on multiple stores that you personally own
• Use the product commercially on your own stores
• Modify the code for internal use on your stores
You MAY NOT:
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the code or assets
• Share files, access, or claim codes with others
• Publish the code publicly or privately
• Use a single purchase across multiple client stores
Developers and agencies:
• If you use DBRMAN products for client work, each client store requires a separate purchase.
• A single purchase may not be reused across multiple client projects.
Violation of these terms constitutes abuse and may result in immediate termination of access.

5. DISCORD ACCESS & ENFORCEMENT
• Most purchases include lifetime access to the DBRMAN Discord server.
• Each purchase includes one unique claim code valid for a single buyer.
• Claim codes may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
• We reserve the right to remove users from the Discord server at any time in cases of suspected abuse or policy violations.
If you believe your removal was made in error, you may email info@dbrman.com with the subject:
“Removal Dispute”

6. REFUNDS & FINAL SALE POLICY
• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds are offered.
If you experience dissatisfaction or issues, you are encouraged to contact us. At our sole discretion, we may offer support or store credit as outlined separately in our Refunds Policy.

7. CONSULTATIONS
• Consultations are informal discussions and advice only.
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.
• You assume full responsibility for any actions taken after a consultation.
• We hold no liability for business, technical, financial, or operational decisions made by you.
All consultation services are provided “as-is.”

8. LIVE INSTALL SERVICES
• Live installs are performed in real-time during a scheduled session.
• All work must be reviewed and approved by you before the session ends.
• Once the session ends, the work is considered accepted and satisfactory.
• We are not responsible for any issues occurring after the session concludes.
• Any changes made by you or third parties after the session are entirely your responsibility.
No liability is assumed for store breakage, conflicts, performance issues, or errors.

9. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with all Shopify themes, apps, or updates
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
We are not responsible for:
• Broken or damaged stores
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Downtime or interruptions
• Data loss
• Theme or app conflicts
• Business interruption
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamworld Lab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACKS
• Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or Stripe.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate digital delivery.
You agree:
• Not to initiate chargebacks for dissatisfaction or misunderstanding
• To contact us first to attempt resolution
• That unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and termination
We reserve the right to submit this Agreement, delivery records, and access logs to payment providers in the event of a chargeback dispute.

11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to:
• The Website
• Purchased digital products
• The Discord server
• Support services
This may occur at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

• All content, code, designs, branding, documentation, and materials remain the property of Dreamworld Lab LLC.
• No ownership rights are transferred by purchase.
